Louisville’s newest Arby’s store, located on Shelbyville Road, across from The Mall St. Matthews, was recently completed and is open for business.
The masonry contractor, Bohannon Masonry and the general contractor, Derek Engineering, both of Louisville, worked diligently to complete it before winter hit in Kentucky.
The masonry materials were supplied by Lee Brick and Block’s Louisville location, after a careful selection process by Ted Williams, Arby’s Director of Construction and Bill Moorman, President of RTM/Arby’s of Indianapolis (IN).
We at Lee Brick and Block are proud and honored to produce the concrete masonry units for Arby’s in the newest additions to our integrally-colored splitface masonry unit line, Arby’s Yellow and Arby’s Chocolate.
The units you see in the photo above are 4″ Splitface Arby’s Yellow, 4″ Arby’s Yellow Smooth Scored and 4″ 8-Split Flute Arby’s Chocolate.
You can click on any of the photos for a full-screen view.
The sill you see in the photo is from Rockcast and the masonry units are 4″ Splitface Arby’s Chocolate and 4″ Splitface Arby’s Yellow.
The mortar used was Lehigh’s Taupe and Heritage Buff.
Congratulations to Arby’s on the opening of their beautiful new Louisville location and we at Lee Brick and Block want to thank them for using masonry to construct their stores and for choosing our products.
