Burlington by Columbus Brick

 

McKenzie Place Subdivision in Hopkinsville (KY) has a beautiful example of Columbus Brick’s Burlington and Mountain Stone’s Grey and Limestone stone veneer.

This beautiful home’s masonry materials were supplied by the local Hopkinsville location of Lee Brick and Block.

The stone is a 50/50 mixture of the two colors, in the Stackstone Series.

The beautiful home pictured here is in Coxmill Estates in Hopkinsville, KY. It was built by East Construction and the brick work was done by Ross Finley Masonry, both also of Hopkinsville.

Ferrell Construction of Hopkinsville (KY) built this home and Combs Masonry of Elkton installed the Princeton brick.

Habersham by Pine Hall Brick

Apache Subdivision in Cadiz (KY) has a beautiful example of Habersham by Pine Hall Brick.

This particular home, built by Thomas Calhoun, of Cadiz, also has a great looking Highland Stone retaining wall, built using 3″ and 6″ units of a Grey-Charcoal blend.

Jimmy Wilson Masonry, of Hopkinsville, did all of the fine brick work you see in the photos and also installed the Antique Grey Ledgestone from Mountain Stone Products, shown in detail in the photo below.

The Hopkinsville location of Lee Brick and Block supplied all the masonry materials, including the Brixment mortar, which was used in the brick and stone work.

This closeup shows you just how much color, approximately 20% more, gets added to the wall by using a colored mortar. This particular mortar is R103 by Brixment.

The Bowerston Shale brick, the Tumbleweed splitface architectural masonry units and the Brixment mortar were all supplied by the Louisville location of Lee Brick and Block and EK Wills Masonry of Shelbyville did all the fine work you see in the photo’s.

Hidden River Subdivision in Bowling Green (KY) has a great example of Stratton by Cherokee Brick and Tile.

The local Lee Brick and Block location supplied these brick, along with a Brixment’s B-10 buff mortar.

The beautiful quoined corners and the window treatment give this home a look of distinction,as does the buff mortar, which really softens the look and gives the brick veneer a warm, inviting look.
