Mountain Stone And Columbus Brick Combo Looks Great Together

The house you see in the photo above was built by Dan Swigart/Fine Home Builders of Louisville (KY). Click on the photo for a full-screen view.
The brick is Charleston, from Columbus Brick Co. The stone is our Mountain Stone Limestone, a 3″ thick stone product. The blend is 80% Buff and 20% Limestone.
The mortar is C380 Cream by Brixment.
James Jewell of Hillside Hearth Shop, Mt. Washington (KY) laid the stone.
The Mountain Stone, the Brixment C380 masonry cement and the Columbus brick were all supplied by the Louisville (KY) location of Lee Brick and Block.
